Cancellation & Refund Policy

Corbett Organic Valley is known to offer the best quality products and is working diligently for the complete satisfaction of our customers. If you still feel unsatisfied with our products/services and want a refund of your money, we urge you to read our refund policy and guidelines. We usually don’t entertain return or refund requests once the order is shipped. However, there are certain conditions listed below where we are happy to work with the involved parties for a fair and mutually agreed resolution.                                

For damaged products:  

  • Corbett Organic Valley (COV) should be informed about the damaged product within 5 days from the delivery date through email to info@corbettorganicvalley.com.   
  • Please mention the order number and attach an invoice image, 1 outer box image and 2 clear images of the damaged product in your mail.
  • If you have multiple items for shipments, only the damaged product will be returned and replaced by the company.
  • We will replace the damaged product quickly and take all the required steps to offer a satisfactory resolution to your issue.                            
  • We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and will closely work with you to resolve your problem as soon as possible.

For missing products:    

  • Corbett Organic Valley (COV) should be informed about the missing product within 5 days from the delivery date through email to info@corbettorganicvalley.com.  
  • Please mention the order number and attach an invoice image, 1 outer box image and 2 clear images of the opened box with all the received items in your mail.
  • We cannot initiate a refund request, but we will be happy to re-send the missing product quickly.           
  • We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and will closely work with you to resolve your problem as soon as possible.

For spoilt products:

  • Corbett Organic Valley (COV) should be informed about the spoilt product within 10 days from the delivery date through email to info@corbettorganicvalley.com.  
  • Please mention the order number and date of packaging/manufacturing and attach clear images or video of the product to be shared in your mail.              
  • We can’t initiate a product return request out of a change in taste, colour, aroma and texture. Further, all our products are natural and handcrafted, making it impossible to have two identical batches. There is no compromise in our natural production process, and we use only the best quality natural ingredients to retain maximum nutritional value.                 
  • Our executives will work closely with you to offer a satisfactory solution.
  • We will promptly replace the product after completion of the due investigation process and assure the best possible outcomes at all times.
  • We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and will closely work with you to resolve your problem as soon as possible.
